Boston butt is cheap this week at my local market, so I'm inviting some friends over for pulled pork. I will probably have cole slaw and perhaps some beans on the side, but I'm looking for something else which would be a little more "impressive" Any suggestions?(I have lots of beer and alcohol!) :-)
