My daughter is studying in Barcelona for the year and has asked me to mail her some staples such as Quaker Oatmeal, Ramen Noodles and Peanut Butter. Does anyone know if there are restrictions on mailing food items to Spain.
I tried checking UPS & USPS and also an expatriate website but no clear cut answers.
