For my friend's birthday this year, I want to send her a package of food that I've made. She lives across the state, and I rarely get to see her!

All I can think up to send is cookies, but I definitely need more than that to send. I don't want to have to go through the trouble of putting ice packs in the box and all that - but I do want a couple of good rich things that won't spoil in the day or so it will take to ship across the state, that can make her go "Wow!".

Any ideas? Her birthday is the 28th, so I need to get on this soon!
