So, in the Great Debate of Delicious Baked Goods, which is your favorite: cobbler or crumble? This question is born of a pet peeve of mine in which non-bakers conflate crumble and cobbler. Now that I've vented, I can say that I like crumble better because it has more fruit and a crispy top.
For both, what are your favorite recipes? Mine is a blackberry/apple crumble from Williams Sonoma "Cooking for Friends." It is amazing, especially with freshly made whipped cream on top.
