What to do with stacks of food magazines?

I just moved to a new place and upon unpacking realized just how many issues of Food & Wine I have squirreled away. I don't want to throw out the magazines because they are still full of recipes I would like to try, but starting a clipping collection doesn't seem like it would be conducive to trying recipes.

So, what do my fellow SEers do with their food magazines?
