Food

What is your favorite type of restaurant smell?

I think about food aromas a lot -- especially now that I have a dog and am up and walking her at 5:30am, past bagel shop after bagel shop wafting the intoxicating scent of fresh-baked onion bagels onto the street. (It's reason enough to get up before the sun, to be honest.)

Also? There is something about Thai restaurants when you stroll past their open doors -- sugary-sweet, basily, chickeny. Just thinking about that smell makes me hyper-salivate!

So what are your favorite restaurant smells? Pizza? Chinese? Burgers? Barbecue? My stomach and my nose are dying to know!
