Last week's tomato-centric Weekend Cook and Tell was so popular that we decided to use another seasonal goodie as inspiration for this week's endeavor. JeanMarie Brownson penned a beautiful tribute to summer corn for the Chicago Tribune chock full of corn cooking ideas that go way beyond simple boiling and grilling, including a recipe for must make Sweet Corn and Applewood Bacon Pancakes.
But corn pancakes are only the beginning and when it comes to sweet summer corn the possibilities are endless. Whether it's in the form of cornbread with fresh kernels, incorporated into a summery salsa, or whipped into sweet corn gelato we want to hear all about your favorite corn recipes.
