A college girlfriend made a spicy, meaty bolognese sauce for spaghetti that was the best I've had anywhere. Family recipe. Been looking for it ever since, unfortunately lost contact. She used shredded beef, and no, not tons of garlic like a traditional hot red sauce. Closest I came was using leftover chopped pot roast meat, tomato sauce, garlic and a hot green pepper (sparingly used).
Anyone help out there?
