I have been craving ramen lately and Little Tokyo is just too far away at the moment. How many of you make ramen from scratch? Do you have a favorite recipe? I've only had it in restaurants so I need all the basics. What are the main components - e.g. what type of broth, what kinds of noodles, favorite toppings, etc.?
