Serious Eats: Talk
I had stinky tofu for the first time EVER today at the Toronto Chinatown Festival today. It was one of those foods that I couldn't figure out whether or not I liked it. Someone I was with complained it wasn't "stinky" enough.
My question is has any other Serious Eaters eaten stinky tofu before? Where did you have it? In Asia or another country? Was it at a festival? Did you like it?
