Sharing in Your Kitchen
For several months, I have been googling hand-forged knives. Now I think I really,really need a beautiful Mr. Itou santoku with an abalone handle.
I know I'd never let anyone else use it.
I don't like it when other people in my family use certain pans or even my KA mixer, but bite my tongue and check their condition later.
Am I too possessive of my kitchen tools, or do others also have trouble sharing their toys?
