pizza stone vs pizza crisper
I have a pizza stone which works fine but it is heavy and sometimes difficult to clean. A pizza crisper which looks like an old fashioned pizza pan with holes on the bottom was recommended to me. Does it work as well as a pizza stone? Williams-Sonoma sells them.
