Ideas for Wild Sockeye Salmon
I saw some beautiful fillets of salmon at Costco and really wanted to buy some, but having made a big resolution to not buy any food unless I had a specific recipe in mind, I held off. But I keep thinking about the salmon and other than curing a great gravlax, what else can I do with it (remember this is Costco and there's no such thing as a small portion of anything)? I'm looking for fantastic and, for lack of a better word, different recipes other than the usual salt/pepper, then grill or roast or pan fry. Any ideas, SE?
