How to use lots of corn tortillas?
I have a monster-sized bag of corn tortillas in my freezer - probably 80-100. They're the flavorless Costco kind (someone left them with me...sigh), but I hate to waste food, so there they sit. How have you guys used up tons of tortillas quickly, in the most flavorful way possible? I have enchiladas on the menu but that only uses 12 at a time. Should I cut them into tortilla chips? Any other inspirations?
