hotnpopin's Quick Buscuits and Scones

Ingredients
2 1/3 cup hotnpopin' mix
2 oz. water
2 oz. plain white yogurt *
*If you want to make scones use vanilla yogurt instead of plain.
Procedures
Stir the three ingredients above til a ball forms.
Work quickly, it should take just a min.
Lightly scatter flour on the surface you use to roll out your buscuits.
Roll dough to aprox.1/2 inch thick and cut strait down, do not pull, twist or saw to make a cut. Cut rounds using a buscuit cutter or use a knife and cut squares.*Triangles for scones.
Just be sure that your buscuits are the same size and in the quanity of 9.
Place evenly spaced onto your baking sheet and cover with a clean dish towel. Let it rest for 8 min.
While your buscuits are resting turn your oven on Bake 450
Place your oven rack to the middle.
After 8 min. your oven should be at 450, Now remove dishtowel and bake buscuits for 8 to 10 min. Ovens can vary.
Buscuits will be golden brown on top and split without a knife.
