I worked in my summer camp kitchen for a few summers. It wasn't bad, actually fun, but I had been a camper, and we hung out in the off hours, goofing around and swimming. The food was pretty bad. But I recently checked out my niece's private school cafeteria and it's insane how good the food is--steak stations, salad stations.
