Today is my lucky day. One of our CSA subscriber's is on vacation and will not be picking up her box. I've got extra Swiss chard, melons, onions, garlic, peppers, cucumbers, corn, slicing tomatoes and TONS of cherry tomatoes. That is TONS on top of what I already have in house. I've already given a couple of pints to the neighbors.
I am looking for suggestions and ideas to best utilize or preserve those lovely little beauties. Serious Eaters- help me out. Please.
