I've got some mixed grains (Barley, Durum, Farro, Oats, and Brown Rice) and I'm interested in making a cold grain salad dish. I live in Italy, so there are some American ingredients that I don't have access to (things like Miracle Whip, Dill and Sweet Pickles, and a few other things). I do, however, have access to a large variety of fresh herbs and vegetables.
Also, make sure to include how long you think it will keep in the fridge. My husband and I can only eat so much so fast, and I like to be able to take things like this with me to work the next day.
