Does anyone know the recipe for the thin potato slices served at Falafel King in Westwood Calif? We miss the gyros too!
Since we're talking spuds, What's the secret of Boardwalk Fries? Is it the freshness of the potatoes? The sea salt? The oil used? Or all of the above?
