Being that I'm trying to eat healthier, I was reading one of the million articles out there about "Superfoods" (you know the ones -the article that tells you you must eat kale, goji berries, and prunes). This one mentioned wheat germ, which I happen to have in my fridge, though never used. Sprinkled it on top of chocolate pudding last night and I'm instantly in love. Slightly sweet, nutty flavor with a bonus textural component. So what are your suggestions on using it?
