Hello everyone; I hope you enjoyed your weekend :) I ate a truly wonderful savoury frittata this weekend; and it got me thinking about the NUMEROUS options with frittata ideas, flavours and concepts.
Our fritatta had some salted ham, old cheddar, diced fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh basil and hot sauce.
I think my ideal fritatta would have a southwest profile with some cilantro, tomatoes, taco-beef, oxaca, smokey corn and jalepenos...
...what would you guys have on your ideal fritatta??
