As many of you might already know today is Bastille Day, the French holiday commemorating the storming of the Bastille fortress-prison and the symbolic beginning of the modern French nation. In honor of Bastille Day, this week's challenge will be celebrating all things French.
It's time to dust off that copy of Mastering the Art of French Cooking and channel your inner Julia Child.
