WIth no shame, I am a big fan of The Yosh... small chain and their basic Beef Bowl meal. I need some help...
I've got the rice covered.
For the beef, I use super-thin sliced chuck - It works.
Onions and garlic are - Onions and garlic.
Sadly, I have no clue about the broth mixutre in which the beef and onions are simmered. Dashi this and Dashi that, I am still missing some important flavors.
What can I say? I like this stuff, but the nearest store is about 800 miles away. I want to make it at home. Any and all ideas are welcome. Thank you.
