I have some no-bake lasagna noodles hanging around and I'd like to figure out a lasagna that's not loaded with cheese, but still has enough moisture to cook the noodles. Any suggestions? I'm open to veggie, meat, whatever, or other types of casseroles that would work with lasagna noodles too.
