I have these yummy berries that I picked myself this weekend - but the season was almost over so I didn't get enough to make jam with them like I wanted to. I have maybe, 5-6 cups of raspberries, now, slowly, going bad in my fridge. Anyone have any great quick recipes using fresh berries?
