Have we gone too far with our country ham road trip?
My husband and I were planning to cook a country ham for a family outing on Saturday and we planned to soak it in water for 48 hours before we cook it. When our plans changed for Friday and we wouldn't be home to change the water, we decided to bring the ham with us (in a cooler, of course).
Maybe we should have simply changed the menu, but this seemed more fun. Have we gone too far in ridiculousness? :-)
