Sustainable food anybody have a great recipe using conch and plaintains? One idea I have seen is parboiling the plaintain and using a wooden tool to form a mini-cup then deep-frying the cup and then filling it with fresh cerviche..I am wondering if the fritter could be made with plaintain and conch? Any recipes anyone?
