Hi,

I'd like to how what people know/understand about African food. By this I mean sub-saharan food in particular; it's such a rich cuisine and I wonder why it doesn't share the same popularity as Thai/Indian/Mexican food or even Caribbean food?

Would you cook or buy 'African' food? What has stopped you if you've tried?
