Where can I find the best bowl of mussels in New York?

I only bring this up because I recently ordered a bowl at Smith and Mills and they were unbelievably puny, the size of frozen peas. The next week I at them at Prune and they were the finest I've had, plump and briny, uniform in size and not tumbling from the shell. They could have improved on the accompanying bread and the lobster broth was fair, lacking in richness. Now I'm obsessed with mussels.
