What is the longest you have waited in line to eat at a restaurant/food truck/kiosk? I mean a regular, every day line, such as one for Shake Shack or Kogi.

I am not talking about camping out at the newest Chick Fil A to get a year's worth of food.

I am also not talking about the 90 minute wait to get into Cheesecake Factory on a Friday.

Is the wait part of the experience? Would the food not be as good without the wait?
