What do you dream about doing in the food industry?
While you're sitting at your day job or lying in bed at night - what do you dream about doing in the food industry?
Mine is to open a small scale store that sells fresh, all natural breads, lots of amazing olive oils (people could sit down and sample w/the bread), cheese, spices, vinegars, coffee - a few homemade freshly prepared tapas style dishes (changing often) - good jazz/music playing - sponsor local events - support local artisans... (A close second is running a seafood shack.)
My friend's dream is to write a cookbook. WHAT'S YOURS?
