Tomato Chutney - Recipe?

I got to try tomato chutney for the first time yerterday and LOVED it. Unfortunatley the only brand my grocery store sells comes in small expensive containers.

Does anyone have some go-to recipies for making their own? Or recommendations on how they regularly use it? I had it on some egg sandwiched my mom made.

Forgive me if there is a wide variety of kind and I am not being quite specific enough, but I am open to anything!
