We visit Wisconsin every year to see my MIL...When you see seafood on the menu,,ie haddack, lobster, shrimp, cod....maybe not a good idea to order those,,they are ocean creatures..and have to be transported to the central U.S. Local fish caught is fine as long as it's scaled and cleaned well.
