I am in mushroom heaven. A neighbor gave me a dozen large, dried morels. The CSA delivered a pound plus of huge portobellos and I have several ounces of oyster mushrooms in the refrigerator.
It's almost too good to be true for this mushroom lover like me!
My mind is spinning with possibilites. Still, this group of Serious Eaters always knocks my socks off with their suggestions, ideas and recipes. What would you make with these, seperately or all together?
