Was watching Cupcake Wars last night with the family and mentioned to my husband (before the guy from MILK did it) that you could even make cupcakes inside of cake cones.
Well, once he saw them, he decided that he had to have Ice Cream Cone CupCakes for Father's Day this upcoming weekend.
Now, I'm an Engineer, not a chef but with three daughters (ages 13, 7, & 5) I figured the 4 of us should be able to figure something out.
But I was hoping some of the gang here at SE could at least point us in the right direction: good flavor/recipe for batter, frosting ideas or how to get a ganache that replicates hot fudge. i'm pretty sure I can handle the cherry on top though!
