Ok so last week I was baking a Birthday Cheesecake for my boyfriend and I asked people on Facebook to pray for me and the cheesecake as they have a tendency to crack, one person took it literally and replied with this:

"Our Emma, who art in the Kitchen.
Devereaux be thy name, thy cake will come.
Thy cake will be baked, on Earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day, our daily cake.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those, who sneak in and grab a slice
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the kitchen
For thine is the cake. The filllings and toppings.
Forever and ever.
Amen."

I found this amazing and wondered if anyone else had any little food prayers or words of wisdom like this :)
