Balsmic Glazed Flat Iron Steak

If you have checked out some of my other posts, I moved to Texas last summer and have been in love with the amount of great restaurants down here. I tried a steak house about a month ago called Chamberlain's in Addison, TX. I wrote a review on this site because it was a really great steak, one of the best I have ever eaten. I turned on the television the other day and there was the man behind the steak...Executive Chef Richard Chamberlain.

Here is a video from a local Fox affiliate where he prepares a flat iron steak and gives away a few secrets behind the delicious steaks. He is also promoting a local event that he is involved in.
