This morning, inspired by how hot it is in New York, I decided to make breakfast sandwiches (instead of venturing out into the humidity for breakfast, as I usually do on Sunday mornings).

Whole Grain Crusty Bread, with melted goat cheese
Over Easy Egg
Turkey Bacon
Side of Sriacha

I really make a mean breakfast sandwich. Hit. The. Spot.
