I've had good luck with various doughs, and there has been so much wonderful discussion here to ease any doubts/issues I did have there, but I can't seem to get the toppings quite right! Can someone please point me to a delicious homemade sauce recipe? Everything I have tried turns out too much like pasta sauce and not enough like pizza sauce.
