OK, well just the meat. Have already used all the shells from our feast yesterday to make lobster stock which is already frozen.
Generally, there's NEVER any lobster left after our family party, I now have cooked meat to use. Aside from lobster salad or lobster rolls, what's your favorite use of cooked lobster? DH would prefer something served warm rather than cold... but he may have to eat whatever I put in front of him.
