Interview Questions for featured chefs and for our SE staff.

I always love the questions inspired by Bernard Pivot, that are asked on Inside the Actor's Studio. I got to thinking that it could be fun to ask those same questions when interviewing chefs, restauranteurs, farmers etc. who are being profiled here on SE. I would also love to see the SE staff answer these same questions. For those not familiar with the questions on Inside the Actor's Studio--here ya go:
What is your favorite word?
What is your least favorite word?
What turns you on?
What turns you off?
What sound or noise do you love?
What sound or noise do you hate?
What is your favorite curse word?
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
What profession would you not like to do?
If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
