I made a pot roast for the first time in AGES last night and forgot how easy and tasty they were! Not to mention the leftovers are wonderful (lunch today!). Not to mention it was kind of refreshing in the wake of some trendier dishes. Beef, onions, garlic and wine slow cooked for hours. Win.
