I'm looking to kick up a notch what I take to my family reunion this year. Ideas I'm looking at right now are for dips, salad & quick bread type foods. Desserts and meat are already covered by other family members.

Criteria:

--Easy to transport
--No refrigeration during serving (going to be 100+ degrees outside)
-- Inexpensive (I've got 60+ to feed)
-- Something to make ahead with no finish needed/no cooking needed at the end
--liked by adults and kids
