Hello everyone... this my first attempt to post anything so please bear with me.

Lately I have had a KILLER craving for the shrimp and crab deep dish pizza that Pizzaria Uno used to make... I can't seem to find anything online that even comes close so I really need your input.

The pizza was the afore mentioned shrimp and crab cooked with a touch of garlic and, I think, white wine, almost scampi-style and then covered with cheese... Heaven... however I'm not quite sure where to start.

Any thoughts?
