So I'm going to be grilling for roughly 10 people. So far the menu I have planned is:
Potato Salad (recipe from this site, I'm excited about it)
For the burgers, I was going to grind it myself (or at the very least get the butcher to grind it for me there.) The mixture I was going to go with was:
2.5 lb sirloin
1.5 lb short rib
1.5 lb chuck
Will this mixture give me a good balance of flavor and texture? And will it be enough?
