Planked Salmon- Suggestions Please
Just picked up a gorgeous tail side half filet of fresh salmon for tomorrow. I plan to plank grill it.
At first I thought about a maple-mustard glaze but it's not ringing my bell. Then a citrus-cilantro marinade crossed my mind. Obviously, I need a little inspiration. Please help.
Do you have a suggestion for a glaze, flavoring, marinade or plank preparation that you love? If so, please share.
