Nutritional Yeast- How do you use it?
I often read recipes calling for nutritional yeast. Most often they are vegetarian or vegan recipes that look interesting to me but I have not tried them because I know little about the ingredient.
I know a good number of our Serious Eaters are vegetarian or vegan and may be more familiar with the ingredients. Can anyone give us a primer, how you use it or maybe even a recipe or two?
