I have two nieces, ages 11 and 12, who have been vegetarian for the past two years, but have not yet explored Indian cuisine. This seems like a problem a cranky old uncle should rectify. I haven't lived in the area for 20 years though, so does anyone have good recommendations for restaurants in the Schaumburg/Hanover Park/Hoffman Estates general area?
