Ideas For Roast Chicken Pan Dripping

I roasted a chicken for the first time last weekend and was so pleased with the result that my brother and I ate the whole thing as is. Only then did I "discover" all the delicious pan dripping. After defatting, it is now sitting in a container in the freezer. It seems a bit silly to make a gravy now without a chicken to go with it. What ideas do you have?
