I'm trying to decide whether or not to opt in for the half-share bread option in my CSA. It comes from Hot Bread Kitchen, which sounds fantastic.
I'm curious about what I'm going to get, and the CSA info is vague. Has anyone had Hot Bread Kitchen as part of their CSA? If so- how did you like it? What did you usually get?
I usually only buy whole-grain bread loaves and corn tortillas. Nothing wrong with white flour bread, but if the Hot Bread Kitchen share is heavy on that, it would either go to waste in my kitchen, or I would wind up bringing bread pudding to any and all potlucks that I attend for the six months of the CSA.
